Coffee Time

Thanks to all the supporters of my little virtual shoppe. I hope to connect with you soon and see how everything is going with you all. I spent a little bit of time this morning getting reacquainted with the company website and everything looks great!

I hope to share information about these amazing products with even more people than I have in the past few years.

Even though I've been a distributor for Organo Gold for almost 10 years now, I haven't been all that active or engaged with the income opportunity that it offers. I haven't even been all that great of a customer. I'd like to change that, even if it means I called one person a month to share my story with. That would still be pretty impressive by comparison!

Thank you for taking the time to visit and taking the time to read this. I look forward to reconnecting with you. Call me anytime!

Brews News

Greetings coffee lovers! A few new exciting products have been added to our website recently. I just wanted to invite you to take a look at the layout and provide any feedback you might have on what looks good whether it be the product itself or the packaging that it comes in. You can still go directly to www.cafeselah.com.

This morning I was thinking about the convenience of our original Cafe Noir. There have been times when I have been without a ready supply of our product. I know that is probably the cardinal sin of a distributor in a network marketing company, but maybe even in the face of my shortcomings, a valuable lesson of the sheer value of the convenience of the product can shine through. At least it did in my own eyes. In the spurts of time when I was without a ready supply, I would often think, "You know what? I'll be okay. I'll just get my daily coffee by other means until I can get a new shipment to my door."

But I can't tell you how often I got started in my day, going this way and that in my daily routine, and because I didn't have that great method of either making my delicious cup of coffee before leaving the house, or simply taking a packet of coffee and my to-go cup with me with the assurance that I would be able to spot a hot-water source at a convenience store peppered on every corner while driving around town upon demand--it typically ended up being way too late in the day in which I finally got my caffein-infused fuel.

Anyway, just wanted to briefly share that which occurred to me concerning the product. Thanks to those that have continued to enjoy our product and support us. We wouldn't be able to keep on sharing this great beverage without your continued purchases.

A quick stop at the coffee shop

Greetings friends!

I hope everyone is doing very well.  This is just a little update from me to you about what's happening with our little (ad)venture Cafe Selah.

First let me say a very enthusiastic thank you for your support; and even more important, a big CONGRATS to those of you that have made the slight shift in your monthly coffee budget to a healthier alternative for what we and so many others out there are already doing day after day: Drinking Coffee.

In a couple days, I'll be taking my first vacation of the year from my full time job and I'll be heading up to St. Louis with the local coffee team of which I'm a part.  We will be spending the weekend in attendance of the annual Organo Gold International Convention.  While there, we will receive great training; witness and participate in outrageous recognition; and prepare for exciting announcements for the future.

It'll be a lot of fun and a very impactful experience that I am tremendously looking forward to.

One last bit of info I wanted to impart.  I wanted to tell you about a really cool way to pay that I recently discovered, if you have a PayPal account, or if you have ever thought about starting one.  I have one customer in particular that will text me the product desired.  Then I prepare an invoice for the customer on PayPal and ship the order straight from my website.  Finally the customer will send me money through PayPal.  Why is this exciting?  One reason is I've discovered that this allows me the ability to very easily apply some much deserved discounts on the product requested.

It's a new discovery that has me really excited and I just wanted to tell you about it.  If you would like to know more, (such as the kind of discounts that are currently in place), just let me know.

Again, thank you all so much.  I look forward to continuing to be of service.

This weekend.

This weekend will find me in Las Vegas for the OG Stand United convention! The schedule is going to be cray-cray and that's putting it lightly.

I fly out tonight at around 11 p.m. On a new airline called Spirit which I'm pretty excited about because I've never flown this airline before. I get there around 11 p.m. (which still has me scratching my head a little bit even after counting the time difference.) the convention will be Saturday and Sunday. I fly back Monday morning around 12 a.m. and get to Dallas around 5 a.m. And then drive straight to work!

To all the people that helped me make this trip you know who are and you have my eternal gratitude!

I can't wait to update y'all during and after!

Vegas!

I wasn't really sure the best way to do this next post, and I wanted to make sure that I was as productive as possible; which in my mind to have someone say to themselves "I can't believe he would put that on his blog, so inappropriate!" would be counter-productive.

That was a long sentence.

Then I decided the only way to do this is to just do it.

The company is having its annual convention in the first weekend in October and I really want to go. But I have decided that the only way I would do it is if I could raise the extra funds through purchases generated from my website.

The convention is going to be a very life changing event. There will be an opportunity to hear from very dynamic speakers and receive great coaching and advice on bringing my business to the next level.

I simply want to invite you to go to my online store and purchase a box or two of coffee, and think of just one coffee drinker that you know and forward the link to this blog post to that person.

Even if you don't drink coffee, a box of this coffee is still such a great idea to have in the house!  Why, do you ask?  Because the coffee is perfect to give away by the cup to friends, neighbors, and anyone that visits you and likes to try new coffee.  A box of the original black coffee comes with 30 sachets that make each make one cup of coffee which allows you to give it away to 30 different people.  Plus there's no special equipment needed to make it.  You just need hot water!

Even if you don't buy a box of coffee, I invite you to forward the link to this blog post to a coffee drinker or just anyone you think of that likes to support people in any endeavor.

I've thought about What if I don't raise enough funds to get to the convention? Well, there's always next year.  Plus you will have still gotten your money's worth by obtaining a box of delicious gourmet coffee!

I guess that's pretty much a wrap!  Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this.  I look forward to updating you all from the convention in a few weeks!

Jason

P.S.  How does everyone like the new design for the blog?  Pretty cool, huh?
